WHEREAS (I) Raphael Kimingi Mbuthia and (2) Elena Wanjiru Kimingi, are registered proprietors of that piece of land known as Othaya/Kiandemi/809, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the senior principal magistrate's court at Nyeri, in land case No. 13 of 2001, has ordered the said piece of land be transferred to Wanjohi Mbuthia, and whereas the deputy registrar of the said court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of Wanjohi Mbuthia, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Wanjohi Mbuthia, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Raphael Kimingi Mbuthia and (2) Elena Wanjiru Kimingi, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. NJENGA, Land Registrar, Nyeri District. 1,1thApril, 2408 ME KENYA GAZETTE 707 GAZETTE NOTICE NO 2726 THE REGISTERED LAND ACT (Cap. 300, section 33) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Mzee, Jorno Kenyatta (deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of- -land known as Ndantgu/Gakoe/584, contai►ing 2.8 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Thika, and whereas the chief magistrate's court at Nairobi, in succession cause Nov,273 of• 1979, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Mama Ngina Kenyan,. and (2) Peter Muigai ICenyatta, and whereas the land tide deed issued earlier to the said Mzee Jomo Ketiyatta (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the cmoifution of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid , objection has been received within that, period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument RL. 19 and RI.. 7, and upon such regbgation, the, land tide deed issued earlier to the said Mzee Jorno KetWlitta (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
