WHEREAS Fredrick Mutuiri Mbatau (ID/1122959), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.034 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Meru, registered under title Nos. Nkuene/Mitunguu/1167 and Nkuene/Mitunguu/1165, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) clays from the date hemof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
