TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 84 OF 2007 By Dominic-,Charles Muthuuri, of P.O. Box 1033, Meru in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel M'Mwamba, late of Meru, who died there on 15th March, 1977. CAUSE NO. 145 OF 2007 By (1) Catheline Kithinji Emaitta and (2) Margaret Kainda Kithinji, both of P.O. Box 345, Meru in Kenya, through Messrs. J. K. Ntarangwi & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Israel Kithinji Emaitta, late of Mboroga, Meru, who died on 20th February, 2007. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
