REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Vittorio Roberti, of P.O. Box 233, Kilifi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in fee simple of that piece of land known as apartment No. 6 on L.R. No. 124134/3, situate within Kilifi Municipality in the Kilffi District, held by a certificate of title registered as C.R. 25134/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been - adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate, of title provided that no objection has been received within that.period.
