WHEREAS the Diocese of Murang'a Registered Trustees, a body incorporated in Kenya, having its registered office, P.O. Box 734, Murang'a in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor lessee of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 11681/1, situate in the city of ' Nairobi, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 21695/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to shots that the said certificate'of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given the). after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof.
