NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 6th February, 2007, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi, as Presentation No. 417, in Volume DI, Folio 374/574, File No. MMVII,by me, Evelyn Nyagano Kanyori, mother and legal guardian of Joy Makenah Kanyori, a minor, of P.O. Box 1630-00600, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as, Jerusha Wanjiru, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Jerusha Wanjiru, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Joy Makenah Kanyori, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Joy Makenah Kanyori only.
