NOTICE is given under the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya from Meridian Court Hotel of P.O. Box 30278-00100, Nairobi, to Riyaz Hirji and any other interested party who stored motor vehicle reg. No. KAY 761U, other belongings that the same shall be sold by public auction or, by private treaty after the expiry of thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice without any further reference to the owners unless the storage charges and other incidentals are settled.
