THE HIGH COURT OF KENYA AT KITALE IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF DANIEL MUTUA WAITA PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION SUCCESSION CAUSE No. 15 OF 2008 LET ALL the parties concerned take notice that a petition for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died at District Hospital, ICapenguria, on 17th July, 2002, has been filed-in this registry by (1) Catherine C. Sheleurn aid (2) Miriam Mombua, both of P.O. Box 179, Kapenguria, in their capacities as administratricies of the deceased's estate. And further take notice that objections in the Trescribed form to the making of the proposed grant are invited and must be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice. And further take notice that if no objection has been lodged in this registry in the presdribed form within thirty (30) days of the date of publication of this notice, the court may proceed to make the grant as prayed or to make such. order
