THE HIGH COURT OF KENYA AT MERU PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 421 OF 2007 By Martin Kiambi M'Igweta, of P.O. Box 1812, Meru in Kenya, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kathuku M'Mbwiria, who died on 11th April, 2006. CAUSE NO. 431 OF 2007 By Antony K. hum, of P.O. Box 427, Meru in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M'Ituru Mareru, late of Meru in Kenya, who died at Consolata Hospital, Nkubu, on 30th November, 1992. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the making of the proposed grant are invited and must be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice. And further take notice that if no objection has been lodged in this registry in the prescribed form within thirty (30) days of the date of publication of this notice, the court may proceed to make the grant as prayed or to make such order
