TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 181 OF 1998 By Roman Ngila Kitavi, of P.O. Box 1043, ICangundo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kitavi Loki, late of ICangtmclo Location, who died there on-18th June, 1981. CAUSE N0,53 OF 2008 By Kamene Kituma Nganda, of P.O. Box 58, Okia in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mauna Nganda Menu, late of Utaati Location, who died there on 18th May, 1997. CAUSE No. 68 OF 2008 By (1) Munguti Muindi and (2) Mukulu Muindi, both of P.O. Box 1926, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Mbula Muindi, late of Nairobi, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 28th January, 2004. CAUSE NO. 89 OF 2008 By Mutete Mbuvi, of P.O. Box 7, Kivaani in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbuvi Ndambo, late of Manyatta, Katitu Location, who died there on 9th February, 1997. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
