Cheptarus & Co., advocates of Eldoret, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathew Cheruiyot Kibet, late of Cheptongei, who died at Mater Hospital, NairObi in Kenya, on 7th December, 2006. Box 3550, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kibet arap Kiptoo, who died at Ketiplong, Kesses Sub- location, on 27th August, 2003. CAUSE No. 316 OF 2007 By (1) Benjamin K. Kosgei and (2) Hezron Kipchirchir, both of P.O. Box 1916, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Barnabas Kipyego Kosgei, late of Kesses Location, who died at Eldoret Hospital, on 29th November, 2002. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
