NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 17th December, 2007,. duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi, as Presentation No. 663, in Volume DI, Polio 36/267, File No. MMVIII, by me, Wangari Kiluva, of P.O. Box 54429-00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Rosemary Wangari Wairagu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of my former name RoSemary Wangari Wairagu, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name ,Wangari Kiluva, for all purposes and authorize and request all persons at all times to designate, describe and address me by my assumed name Wangari Kiluva only.
