NOTICE is given pursuant to section 283 (2) of the Companies Act, that a general meeting will be .held at offices of Deloitte Consulting Limited, "Kirungii", Ring Road, Nairobi, .on Tuesday, 15th April, 2008, at 11.00 a.m. for the purpose of having an account laid before the members showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the liquidator, and also of directing by extraordinary resolution the fanner in which the books, accounts and documents of the company and the liquidator shall be disposed of. A member entitled to attend and vote, at the above meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member. Dated the 7th March, 2008.
