NOTICE is given that the land described in the schedule hereto has been duly set apart in accordance with the provisions of Part IV of the Trust Land Act, for the purposes specified in the said schedule. Place.—Marialcani/Kwachikololo, Mitangoni. Purpose.—Commercial. Area.-1.105 acres approximately. Description of land: This land is situated approximately 3500 metres/kilometres to the south-east of Mariakani Township. The boundaries are demarcated on the ground and are described as follows: Starting from point "A" which is a I.P.C. from which spot height 202 and 164 are 350 metres and 1300 metres distance on bearing of 331° 30' 00" and 215° 00' 00" respectively; thence for 233.26 metres on a bearing of 173° 31' 42" to point Al; thence for a distance of 96.75 metres on a bearing of 251° 44' 55" to point A2; thence for a distance of 270.15 metres on a bearing 14° 03' 04" back to point A.
