GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 2037

WHEREAS James Wanyama Masolo, of P.O. Box 190, Kitale in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Kitale Municipality Block 16/Kaura wa Bechau/11, situate in the district of Trans Nzoia, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Kitale, in succession cause No. 195 of 2004, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to S. W. Wanyama and F. W. Wanyama, both of P.O. Box 190, Kitale, and whereas the deputy registrar of the said court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed an instrument of transfer in favour of S. W. Wanyama and F. W. Wanyama, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said S. W. Wanyama and F. W. Wanyama, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said James Wanyama Masolo, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
