WHEREAS David Njunge Mungai, of P.O. Box 6964-00300, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.30 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title No. Ngong/Ngong/4979, and whereas the first edition of the land register showing aforesaid ownership is lost, and whereag sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said ownership and loss, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open new land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
