THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Janet Mbula Okanga, of P.O. Box 53224, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor lessee of that piece of land containing 12.96 hectares or thereabout, known as L.R. 13287/162, situate north of Njoro Town in the Nakuru District, held under a certificate of title registered as I.R. 58614/1, and whereas K- Rep Bank Limited, has executed an instrument of discharge of charge in favour of Janet Mbula Okanga, of P.O. Box 53224, Nairobi, and whereas affidavits have been filled in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act declaring that the said certificate of title registered as I.R. 58614/1, is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has beeh received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of title and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of discharge of charge.
