under the provisions of section 3 (1) of the National Flag, Emblems and Names Act by the Minister of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security, to Nike International Limited, c/o Messrs. Kaplan & Stratton advocates, Williamson House, 4th Ngong Avenue, P.O. Box 40111-00100, Nairobi, Kenya, to manufacture and sell hooded jackets, that display the national flag: Subject to— (a)The flag, emblem, colours or their likeness being used exclusive on the jackets in the products of Nike International Limited.
