THE NATIONAL FLAG, EMBLEMS AND NAMES ACT

ACT

under the provisions of section 3 (1) of the National Flag, Emblems and Names Act by the Minister of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security, to the Tea Board of Kenya of Tea Board House, P.O. Box 20064-00200, Nairobi, Kenya, to display the Kenya National Flag as mark of origin to use the specified emblem or its likeness: Subject to— (a)The flag emblem or its likeness being used as Tea Mark of Origin. (b)The emblem shall be used only on the specified tea, the produce of Kenya. (c)The Tea Board of Kenya will utilize the design and will safeguard its exclusive use. Dated the 12th March, 2008.
