NOTICE is given under the provisions of the -Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, from Messrs. Prowler Enterprises, of P.O. Box 42437, Nairobi, to Messrs. Keysian Auctioneers, of P.O. Box 2788-00200, Nairobi, and any other interested party who stored motor vehicle reg. No. KAN 588G, one electric cooker, one, fridge and one Sony'music system that the same shall be sold by public auction or by private treaty after the expiry of thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice without any further reference to the owners unless the storage charges and other incidentals are settled. . CHODA FABRICATOR LIMITED DISPOSAL OF UNCOLLECTED GOODS PURSUANT to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38). of the laws of Kenya, notice is given to the owners of the following motor vehicle chassis— One Isuzu chassis No. 3000129, with engine and gear box (bus); Two Nissan chassis No. 00680 and 00649 (bus); Two Scania chassis Nos. 01819472 and 80819471 bus and assorted scrap metal; and Two Volvo chassis Nos 8020620 and B020681 (bus) and assorted scrap metal; to take delivery of the said chassis within twenty-one (21) days from the date of publication, of this notice from Choda Fabricators Garage in Nairobi South "C" yard, upon payment of storage charges and incidental costs thereof, notice is fuither given that the said chassis shall be sold by public or private treaty and the prOceeds of the sale or part thereof will be used to defray the outstanding amount owing, should the owners fail to take delivery withih the stipulated period as herein above stated Dated the 7th February, 2008.
