GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 1

WHEREAS Essau W. Kabora, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Laikipia/Nanyuki West Timau Block 2/660, situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas the senior resident magistrate's court at Nanyuki, in civil suit No. 26 of 2006, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Alexander K. Gathirike, and whereas the'' executive officer of the said court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a mutation of the said piece of land in favour of Alexander K. Gathirike, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that
