WHEREAS Hellen Karambu Arimi (11)/7410791), of P.O. Box 301.48, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya. is registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.048 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Embu, registered under tide No. Gaturi/Githimu/7183, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the and title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) clays from the date hereof, .1 shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
