WHEREAS Abdalla Ositridwit Muletobwa, P.O 'Boa '63, Mumias in the Republic' of Kenya, is registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land oontaining 0.44 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the distriet of Kakeinega, registered .under title No. North Watiga/Khokra/2106, and whereas sufficient evidente has been adduced to show that the-land title 'deed issued thereof has been' lost, notice is given that after the expiration of Midi( (80) days from the date 'hereof.
