THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Waguthu Farmers Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in Kenya, having its registered office at Nairobi, P.O• Box 10965, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor lessee of that piece of land containing 263 acres less road reserve five acres or thereabout, known as L.R. No. 18975, situate in the north- west of Thika Township in Thika District, held under grant registered as I.R. 18975/1, and whereas Waguthu Farmers Limited, has executed an instrument of transfer in favour of Moses Mwagiru Njau, of P.O. Box 65013, Nairobi, and whereas affidavits have been filled in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act declaring that the said grant registered as I.R. 18975, is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said grant and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer.
