APPROVAL

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Local Government Act, the Municipal Council of Machakos has, with the approval of the Minister for Local Government imposed the fees and charges schedules as hereunder with effect from 1st November, 2007. Item Fees and charges Application fees Site inspection per site NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the administrator/administratrix of the estate of Johnson Makori (deceased) of P.O. Box 96, Kericho, the owner of Volvo 240 motor vehicle blue saloon reg. No. KWJ 556 and William Karacha, of P.O. Box 57149-00200, Nairobi, the owner of Volvo 940 blue saloon reg. No. KAE 854D, to take delivery of the said motor vehicles from the yard of Unitech Kenya Limited, situate along Pokomo Road, Industrial Area, Nairobi, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, failure to which the said motor vehicles shall be disposed of by way of sale without further reference, and the proceeds of sale shall be defrayed against all the outstanding debts. repair charges accrued thereon and other incidentals and the balance if any shall remain credit of the owners, but should there be any shortfall, the owners shall be liable therefor.
