COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that the preparation of part development plan for the above-mentioned was on 22nd February, 2002, completed. The part development plan relates to land situated within Narok Town Council. Copies of the part development plan has been deposited for public inspection at the offices of District Physical Planning Officer, Narok, Town Clerk, Narok County Council. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the offices of District Physical Planning Officer, Narok, Town Clerk, Narok County Council between the hours of 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. during weekdays. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above-named part development plans may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the District Physical Planning Officer, P.O. Box 753, Narok, w:thin sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this notice and such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made. Dated the 22nd February, 2008. M.
