GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 1741

NOTICE is given that the preparation of part development plans for the above-mentioned churches have been completed. The part development plan relates to land situated within Shimba Hills Township of Kwale District. Copies of the part development plan has been deposited for public inspection at the offices of District Physical Planning Officer, Kwale, Town Clerk, Kwale County Council, and the District Commissioner. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the offices of District Physical Planning Officer, Kwale, Town Clerk, Kwale County Council, and the District Commissioner, between the hours of 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. during weekdays. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above-named part development plans may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the District Physical Planning Officer, P.O. Box 230, Kwale, within sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this notice and such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made. 2. Noise •Engines of equipment will be switched off when idle. •Work will be limited from 8.00am to 5.00pm. •Construction workers will be provided with ear muffs. Dated the 29th June, 2007.
