TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 9 OF 2008 By (1) Jeremiah Kipkemboi arap Tiony and (2) BeaVice Khahombi Wekesa, the deceased's parents, fo. a grant of letters pt' administration intestate to the estate of Johnstone Wafula Kemboi, late of Chukura, Trans Nzoia, who died at Ojolla, Kisumu, on 24th October, 2006. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
