WHEREAS (I) George M. Kinyanjui. (2) Stephen M. Mhugua and (3) Peter J. M. Kahua. all of P.O. Box 2623, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of that parcel of land known as Bahati/Wendo Block 1/309, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the senior principal magistrate's court at Nakuru in' civit case No. 19 of 2007. has ordered that the said piece of land he transferred to A.I.C. Church, of P.O. Box 1961, Nakuru, vide a decree/court order issued by the said court. and whereas all efforts made-to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period. I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the transfer and issue a land title deed, to the said A.I.C. Church; and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) George M. Kinyanjui, (2) Stephen M . • Mbugua and (3) Peter J. M.
