THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Michael Thiro, of P.O. Box 58754-00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor lessee of the piece of a piece of land.known as L.R. No. 8056/60, situate in Munlias Town in the district of Kakamega, by virtue of grant registered as I.R. 4319/I, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that said grant issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
