IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 (I) of the Anti-Corruption and Economic Crimes Act, the Judicial Service Commission appoints— WILBRODAH JUMA as a Special Magistrate to preside over cases involving corruption and economic crimes in respect of the Rift Valley Province.
