NOTICE is given to Messrs. Rosemac Properties Agencies, of P.O. Box 66698-00800, Nairobi and/or the owner(s) of motor vehicles listed hereunder which have been lying at our Garage on L.R. No. 209/9968, Nairobi, owned by Ndemo Auto Garage, of P.O. Box 672976-00200, Nairobi, that pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38), Laws of Kenya, Ndemo Auto Garage requires the owner(s) of the said motor vehicles to take delivery and remove them from the premises within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of storage charges and any other money due. Further notice is given that should the owner(s) not take delivery of and remove the said Motor vehicles within the time described herein. Ndemo Auto Garage Limited, will sell or otherwise dispose off the same to defray the storage charges incurred thereby. The balance of the sale proceeds (if any) shall be held to the credit.of the owner(s).
