COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that the above-mentioned part development plan was on 18th January, 2008, completed. The part development plan relates to land situated within County Council of Tana River. A copy of the part development plan has been deposited for public inspection at the offices of District Commissioner, Tana River, Chief,Madogo and Bouralgi Locations, Clerk to. Council, County Council of Tana River and District Physical Planning Officer, Hola. The copy so deposited is available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the offices of District Commissioner, Tana River, Chief,Madogo and Bouralgi Locations, Clerk to Council, County Council of Tana River and District Physical Planning Officer, Hola between the hours of 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. during weekdays. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above-named part de,velopment plans may send such representations 'or objections in writing to be received by the District Physical Planning Officer, P.O.
