APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of Presidential Elections in place of the Hon. hereunder in the High Act. The said Election the powers conferred by section 60 (5) of the Constitution of Kenya and section 19 (2) of the National Assembly And Act, the Chief Justice of the Republic of Kenya appoints an Election Court comprising of the Hon. Mr. Justice Leonard Njagi Mr. Justice Joseph Kiplagat Sergon, whose appointment is, revoked, to hear the Election Petition whose details are given Court of Kenya at Mombasa on such dates to be fixed by the Election Court on priority basis in terms of section •9 (4) of the Court will give directions for the hearing of the Petition on Monday the 3' of March, 2008.
