IN ACCORDANCE with section 7 (3) of the Veterinary Surgeons Act, it is notified for general information that the veterinary surgeons listed in the schedule were registered by the Kenya Veterinary Board, and their names retained in the Board's register, by 31st January, 2008. The veterinary surgeons whose names are not retained in the register as a result of non-compliance with section 4 (5) of the Veterinary Surgeons Act, are not supposed to hold themselves as veterinary surgeons or practice veterinary surgery.
