PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION

TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 397 of 2007 By (1) Charles Kala Kituku, (2) Elizabeth Mumbua Kitingo and (3) Makusa Kaveke, all of P.O. Box 36, Muumandu in Kenya, the deceased's son, widow and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kaveke Kiatine, late of Muumandu, Lumbwa Location, who died there on 25th December, 1982. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
