GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 1340

WHEREAS M'Twaruchiu M'Ikiara (deceased), of P.O. Box 1125, Meru, in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as prdprietor of that parcel of land known as Abothuguchi/Mariene/388, situate in the district of Meru, and whereas the chief magistrate's court in succession cause No. 9 of 2001, has issued grant of letters of administration in favour of Charles M. Joshua and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in respect of the said piece of land registered in the name of M'Twaruchiu M'Ikiara is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title and proceed with the registration of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission RL. 19 in the name of Charles M. Joshua and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said M'Twaruchiu M'Ikiara (deceased), shall be cancelled and of no effect. Dated the 29th February, 2008. P. M.
