WHEREAS Fredrick Ombui Machana, of P.O. Box 50527, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that parcel of land known as Kjd/Olchoro Onyore/6025 situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas the district land tribunal court at Kajiado in succession cause No. 22/2002, has issued grant of letters of administration to Fredrick Ombui Machana of P.O. Box 50527, Naiorbi and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Fredrick Ombui Machana has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title and proceed with the registration bf the said title deed and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Fredrick Ombui Machana, shall be cancelled and of no effect. Ndinda of P.O. Box 30081, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that parcel of land known as Ndalani/Mavoloni Block 1/135, situate in the district of Machakos, and whereas the High Court of. Kenya at Nairobi in succession cause No. 1650 of 1999, has ordered that the said piece of land be transfered to K.C.B. Limited and Jacinta Ngonzi of P.O. Box 55645-00200, Nairobi and whereas all the efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to sUrrender, the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said title deed and upon such registration, the land title deed• issued earlier to the said Ann F.
