REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Eliud Thini Waiyaki (deceased), is registered as proprietor of those parcels of land known as Dagoretti/Kinoo/2488 and DagorettVKinoo/2500, containing 0.814 and 0.233 hectare or thereabouts respectively, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Mombasa in succession cause No. 99/2003, has issued grant of letters of administration to Grace Njeri Waiyaki and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Eliud thini Waiyaki (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of RL. 19 and RL. 7 and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Eliud Thini Waiyaki (deceased), shall be cancelled and of no effect.
