REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Akbal Mohamed Hassan of P.O. Box 86849, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in Mombasa District, registered under title No. Mombasa/Block XII/108, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that said grant issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (60) days from the date hereof, 1 shall issue a new title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
