REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kizingo Estates Limited of P.O. Box 90121, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land ,situated in Mombasa District, registered under title No. Mombasa/Block XXV/65 (leasehold), and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that said grant issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expitation of ninety (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
