NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 17th January, 2008, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi, as Presentation No. 583, in Volume DI, Folio 8164, File No. MMVIII, by our client, Gikuu Wanjira Ireri—Muchai, formerly known as Grace Wanjira Ireri alias Gikuu Wanjira Ireri, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Grace Wanjira Ireri alias Gikuu Wanjira Ireri, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Gikuu Wanjira Ireri—Muchai, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Gikuu Wanjira Ireri—Muchai only.
