TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this. court in: CAUSE No. 1312 of 2007 By (1) Leonard Kamau Nganga, (2) Grace Wangui Nganga and (3) Flora Wambui Nganga, all of P.O. Box 49871, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughters, respectively, through Messrs. Ndungu Njoroge & Kwach, advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anne Wanjiku Nganga, late of Kiambu, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 30th November, 2006. Box 54280, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Winifred Muthoni Muiruri, late of Nairobi, Who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 10th February, 2004. CAUSE NO. 2440 OF 2007 By (1) Elikanah Mwaniki Njuguna and (2) Joseph Wilson Kinyanjui, both of P.O. Box 360, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased's sons, through Messrs. Adera & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Julius Njuguna Mwaniki, late of Kiambu, who died at St. Mary's Hospital in Kenya, on 11th July, 2006. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
