GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 1102

WHEREAS Zedekiah Ongawo Okoth, of P.O. Box 1220, Kisumu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.6 hectare or thereabouts, known as parcel No. Kisumu/Wathorego/717, situate in the district of Kisumu and whereas senior principal magistrate court in Kisumu, Land Case No. 22 of 2006 has orderd that the said piece of land Kisumu/Wathorego/717 which was partitioned into Kisumu/Wathorego/2850 and 2851 be revoked and cancelled and that plot Kisumu/Wathorego/717 to be registered in the name of Maslina Ayugi Okoth and whereas all efforts made to recover the title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period,, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said title and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier, to the said Zedekia Ongawo Okoth and Daniel Sigu Okoth on the resulting numbers Kisumu/Wathorego/2850 and 2851 respectively, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. containing 0.503 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kiambu and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in succession cause no. 2269 of 2005 has issued grant of letters of administration to Mary Wairimu Wataku and whereas the tittle deed issued earlier to Daniel Njoroge Wataku (deceasced), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of RL. 19 & RL. 7 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Daniel Njoroge Wataku (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
