WHEREAS Kibaara Wallace Mwoga, of P.O: Box 1155, Meru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 2.12 and• 16.76 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Meru South, registered under title No. Mwimbi/Murugi/1270 & Mwimbi/Murugi/1093, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
