THE REGISTERED LAND ACT

WHEREAS Ludia Oliech Ondu, of P.O. Box 148, Muhoroni in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 3.6 hectares or thereabout, registered under title No. Ksm/Muhoroni-64/5 and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof.
