WHEREAS Pravinkumar Laxmidas Pabari, of P.O. Box 904, Kisumu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in leasehold ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.,1439 hectare or thereabouts, registered under title No. Kisumu Municipality Block 8/84, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the lease certificate issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new lease certificate deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
