THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Edith Muthoni Nguru, as the administrator of the estate of Jonathan Nguru alias Jonathan Nguru Kiboko alias Nguru Kiboko(deceased) of P.O. Box 199, Manyatta in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor lessee of the piece of-land known as L.R. No. 1144/527, situate in Naivasha Town, in the Nakuru District by virtue of a grant, registered as I.R. 29937/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that said grant issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
