THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mohamed Gakuru Mutura, of P.O. Box 323, Moto in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor lessee of the piece of a piece of land known as L.R. No. 9113/3, situate in the north of Mau Summit in the Nakuru District, by virtue of a certificate of .title, registered as I.R. 49510/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
