THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Safi Textiles Limited, a limited company incorporated in Kenya having it's registered office in Nairobi, of P.O. Box 14468, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor lessee of the piece of land known as L.R. No. 18995/11 situate in the city of Nairobi by virtue of a certificate of title registered as No. I.R. 68204/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced' to show that said certificate of issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after expiry of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
